EntroPay Withdrawals
There are two ways that you can receive or use
money that is in your EntroPay account. The first and simplest
way is to make purchases using your EntroPay Card. The
alternative method that you can choose is to have the money in
your account returned to the card with which you originally
opened your EntroPay account. The following is a walk through of
this process.
1. Email the Customer Service Team at EntroPay.
2. EntroPay requests that this email includes the last four
digits of your credit card or debit card, how much money you
have chosen to withdraw and your EntroPay Account user name.
3. EntroPay will begin the process immediately, but please be
aware that, depending on your bank’s policies and procedures,
the transaction could take a few business days.
** Please take note:
1. EntroPay charges $6 (3 GBP) fee as per their Terms and
Conditions to withdraw money by having it refunded to a credit
or debit card. The only limits on withdrawal amounts are that
you must be withdrawing enough to cover the fee.
2. in accordance with money laundering laws/regulations, unless
you no longer have the card that you originally opened the
EntroPay account with, they ask that you use the same card that
you opened your account with to withdraw funds. If it is not
possible for you to use that card, EntroPay will ask you to
provide documentation proving your identity. These documents
include a photocopy of the front and back sides of the original
card (whenever possible) and a clear photocopy of your valid
driver’s license, your passport or other identification that is
issued by your government.
